After the review and assessment of the property Adrak Hospitality Services appoints the General Manager/ Hotel Manager with confirmation of the owners. With this we are able to formulate and begin to implement the policies and procedures that are necessary to operate the hotel more efficiently and maximize revenues. This will include but not limit to designing of Brand Sales and Marketing tools, Branded Guest Amenities and stationary, Standard stationary for operating departments, Implementation of IT services including contracting of PMS provider, Internet booking engines etc. |
